第 29 卷 第 5 期 作 　物 　学 　报 Vol. 29 , No. 5 2003 年 9 月 　725～729 页 ACTA AGRONOMICA SINICA pp. 725～729 　Sept. , 2003 水稻品种对几种逆境的多重耐性及与 ABA 的关系 刘春玲　陈慧萍　刘娥娥　彭新湘　卢少云　郭振飞 (华南农业大学生命科学学院 ,广东广州 510642) 摘 　要 　从一些耐旱和耐冷品种中筛选出几个具多重耐性的品种 ,其中大黄谷耐渗透胁迫和盐胁迫 ,芝麻糯耐盐和冷胁 迫 ,桂溪和湘中籼 2 号耐渗透胁迫 ,也较耐冷胁迫。以大黄谷、芝麻糯和桂溪为材料 ,研究了多重耐性与 ABA 积累的关 系。在渗透胁迫、盐胁迫和冷胁迫下 ,各水稻品种内源游离 ABA 含量迅速积累 ,耐性品种积累的 ABA 量都较敏感品种 高 ,并且耐性品种 ABA 积累的时间较长。结果表明 ,水稻品种对逆境的多重耐性与胁迫条件下内源游离 ABA 积累量有 关。 关键词 　水稻 ;多重耐性 ; ABA ; 渗透胁迫 ; 盐胁迫 ; 冷胁迫 中图分类号: Q945 , S511 　　　文献标识码 : A Multiple Tolerance of Rice to Abiotic Stresses and Its Relationship with ABA Accu mulation LIU ChunLing 　CHEN HuiPing 　LIU EE 　PENG XinXiang 　LU ShaoYun 　GUO ZhenFei ( College of Life Science , South China Agricultural University , Guangzhou , Guangdong 510642 , China) Abstract 　Multiple tolerant varieties of rice to drought and chilling were selected as material in this study according to rela tive electrolyte leakage and survival rate after treatment by osmotic , slat , or chilling stress. The ABA content in Dahuang gu , Zhimanuo and Guixi under stresses was investigated to study the role of ABA accumulation in multiple tolerance. The results showed that Dahuanggu was tolerant to osmotic and salt stresses , Zhimanuo was tolerant to salt and chilling stresses , Guixi and Xiangzhongxian 2 were tolerant to osmotic and chilling stresses. Endogenous free ABA was accumulated rapidly in the seedlings of the varieties after the stress treatments. Higher levels of ABA were accumulated and maintained longer in tolerant varieties than in susceptive varieties. The results revealed that ABA accumulation was closely related to multiple tolerance of rice to osmotic , salt , and chilling stress. Key wor
