四川大学硕士学位论文probe、storage 四川大学硕士学位论文 probe、storage control circuit、trigger circuit and the USB interface circuit design is completed．From the view of software，virtual lcI酉c analyzer is designed to realize basic functions．The softpanel and EZ·USB FX2 firmware program designs ale further discussed． Finally,the total performance of the virtual logic analyzer is summarized，and the future work from the improvement of hardware and software to the realization of networked virtual logic analyzer is also presented．Improvement suggestions are proposed to solve the problems in application． Keywords：Logic A
