本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 400吨/年乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯生产工艺设计 Process design of 400 t/a acetyl tributyl citrate production 学 院： 化学工程学院 专业班级： 化学工程与工艺 化工 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： （副教授） 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 400吨/年乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯生产工艺设计 摘 要：对年产400吨无毒增塑剂乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯生产进行了工艺设计。概述了乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的性质、用途和发展前景；在综合比较各种工艺的基础上，确定了以柠檬酸、正丁醇、醋酸酐为原料，以氨基磺酸和大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂生产乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的工艺流程。依据工艺设计的程序，按操作单元进行物料衡算，确定了每个操作单元进出物料量。对工艺中涉及到的换热系统均进行了热量衡算，确定了各换热器的换热面积和加热蒸气、冷却水、冷冻水的消耗量。结合物料衡算、热量衡算和工艺设计要求，设计了主要设备，计算了脱醇塔、脱酸塔，对辅助设备进行选型。最后进行了工程投资与效益分析。 关键词：乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯；工艺设计；物料衡算；热量衡算 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Process design of 400 t/a acetyl tributyl citrate production Abstract: It was designed that 400t/a innocuous elasticizer acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate production line.The dissertation introduced the property and use of acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate,forecasted its applied foreground..Compared the various processes,the process of synthesizing acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate was defined,using citric acid,n-butyl alcohol and aceticanhydride as raw material and amino-acid and great hole strong acid cation exchange resin as catalyst. According to the process of technological design,the material-balance calculation were introduced for each unit.The heat-balances were also calculated,the heat-exchange area for each heat exchanger,the consumptions of the steam and cooling streams were gotten. According to the material balance,the the thermal balance and the design require,main equipments were designed, the deacidify tower were determined, auxiliary equipment were selected . At last, it conducted the construction invest and benefit analysis.
