摘要 本论文分析了啤酒生产中废水的产生环节，并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑了废水治理工艺。通过比较多种处理啤酒废水工艺，确定最为合适的方法，将使用具体的实例来，通过图片的标注，解析整个处理工艺的计算过程。整个工程最主要的就是系统的计算，这是依据的来源，所以此论文的主要内容就是计算的细致化。经过查阅大量的资料，确定以UASB-CASS厌氧——好氧处理工艺为核心，一步步设计整个系统，使其达到合理性。实现了啤酒废水的处理净化、再生利用及节约资源的目的。此工艺可将废水COD由2216 mg/L降至100 mg/L以下 ，BOD从1440mg/L降至20 mg/L以下，SS由500 mg/L降到70 mg/L以下，出水符合标准。 该处理工艺具有结构紧凑简洁，运行控制灵活，抗冲击负荷，污泥量小等特点，实践表明该组合工艺处理性能可靠，投资少，运行管理简单的特点。为啤酒工业废水处理提供了一条可行途径。具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。 关键字：啤酒废水、UASB-CASS、计算分析 Abstract This paper analyzes the wastewater from beer production process, and from the aerobic, anaerobic biological treatment to consider two aspects of the wastewater treatment process. Through the comparison of a variety of beer wastewater treatment process, determine the most appropriate method, will use a specific example, through the picture of tagging, parsing the entire process calculation. The whole project is the most important system calculation, which is based on the source, so that the main content of the thesis is the detailed calculation.
