摘 要 本工程为沈阳五星酒店，由主管部门批准的新建建筑规划以及其地理位置，建筑平面布置成矩型。该酒店楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸为6.9m×6.9m，总长度为49.02m(局部51.26m)，总宽度为17.52m（局部28.88m）, 总高度为24.00m，建筑面积5680.08㎡，共六层，首层层高4.8m，其余各层层高均为3.6m。室内外高差为0.45m，女儿墙高1.2m。 外墙采用300mm厚空心砖水泥砌块；楼梯间墙为200mm实心砌块；内墙采用200mm厚空心水泥砌块。柱子采用600mm×600mm方形柱，每层的柱子截面尺寸一样。梁的截面高度由其跨度确定，考虑到施工便利，纵向框架梁尺寸为300mm×700mm，横向框架梁采用300mm×700mm，走廊处的横向框架梁为300mm×300mm,次梁均为200mm×600mm，钢筋为HRB400级，梁板混凝土为C30，柱子为C30。楼梯采用现浇钢筋混凝土板式楼梯，所用纵向钢筋为HPB400级，混凝土C30。楼板现浇钢筋混凝土楼板，钢筋HRB400级，混凝土C30。由于场地地质条件良好，基础采用柱下独立基部分为双柱联合基础。建筑内部设有三部楼梯，满足防火要求。屋面排水采用有组织排水。抗震设防烈度为7度，Ⅱ类场地土。 本设计严格遵守我国现行规范和有关规定，计算中包括荷载汇集，地震作用，风荷载，内力组合，楼板设计，基础设计，楼梯设计等。其中水平地震作用的计算的方法采用底部剪力法，采用修正后的反弯点法（D值法）确定柱子的反弯点和内力。计算竖向荷载作用时采用弯矩的二次分配的方法。 本设计特点：合理选型，在满足使用功能的同时，安全可靠，经济合理。 关键词：钢筋混凝土；框架结构；截面尺寸；内力分析 Abstract This project is a hotel of Shenyang, named the Fifth-star Hotel,which is located in the intersection of Hun Nan District , as to the newly built construction as well as its geographical position, the plane of the construction design is rectangle shaped. The main body structure of the building is reinforced concrete portal frame structure, the column net size is 6.9m×6.9m,and its total length is 49.02m（51.26m partially）,total width is 17.52m(28.88m partially),total height is 24.00m, the construction area is about 5680.08 square meters. There are six floors and the ground floor is 4.8m high , the others are 3.6m high. The outer wall uses hollow cement artificial brick，whose size is 300 mm;and the inside wall is 200mm of the hollow cement artificial brick, except that the wall of stair hall is 200mm with solid brick. The size of columns is 600mm×600mm and columns of other floor in the same size. The height of beam is determined by its span. The section size of the main beam is 300mm×700mm,and the mid-span is300㎜×300㎜ .
