PAGE l l （2013 届） 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 嘉兴“妇女儿童社会福利与权益保障”的调查分析 学 院 商学院 专 业 公共事业管理 班 级 公管091 学 号 200952155142 学生姓名 指导教师 完成时间 2013年5月30日 摘 要：在国家大力倡导建设和谐社会的今天，妇女儿童合法权益遭受侵犯的现象却时有发生。保护妇女儿童权益的工作还存在着种种现象与问题。研究梳理有关“妇女儿童社会福利与权益”的问题有一定的现实意义。为了研究上述问题，本文从妇女儿童社会福利与权益概念的界定开始入手，首先分析我国妇女儿童社会福利与权益保护的相关政策，查阅国内外有关“妇女儿童社会福利与权益”的相关文献资料，借鉴其优秀政策经验，然后通过对嘉兴贯彻相关政策情况及妇女儿童社会福利与权益保障现状调查，就嘉兴市中妇女儿童社会福利与权益保障不足的原因分析，提出改善妇女儿童社会福利与权益保障的对策研究。最后得出加大立法力度，提高法律法规的贯彻落实效果和宣传范围，有步骤、有计划地促进妇女维权工作，提高人们对妇女儿童福利与权益问题的认知、参与和保障仍然是当代中国面临的一项重要课题。 关键词：妇女儿童；社会福利；权益保障  Abstract: In countries strongly advocated the building of a harmonious society today, womens and childrens rights violations of the phenomenon has occurred from time to time. To protect the rights and interests of women and children work still exist various phenomena and problems. Have a certain practical significance research review on women and childrens social welfare and interests problem. In order to study the above problems, this paper starts from the definition of social welfare and rights and interests of women and children the concept, first of all related policy analysis of Chinas social welfare and protection of the rights and interests of women and children, access to relevant literature on women and childrens social welfare and interests at home and abroad, the best policy experience, and then through the Jiaxing implement the relevant policies and the social welfare of women and children and the protection of the rights and interests of investigation, analysis the reason of Jiaxing women and childrens social welfare and rights and interests protection problems, put forward the improvement countermeasures on women and childrens social welfare and rights and interests prote
