华南理上人学硕士学位论文The 华南理上人学硕士学位论文 The patient record‘1’is an account of a patient’s health and disease after he or she has sought medical help．Usually，the notes in the record are made by the nurse or the physician．The record contains findings，considerations， test results and treatment information related to the disease process．The idea] F1ectronic Patient Record(EPR)has to include all of the data．If EPR not only stores data but also for the patient，it will be very difficult Lo be developed，Because of the quite different data format conflicts much i application．Nowadays，the Hospital Information Server(1llS)is more and more popular in every fields of hospital management．One appl i cation level is information system which is set to achive the goal of hospi tal resource management．The other application 1evel is set to achive the goal of patlent—oriented EPR．Since the two level appl j cation have frequent data transmission，the most important probl em hard to solute is how we can transmi t and store data in a certaio standard OF a medical rule through many non—standard system． Different structured systems need standard i nterface for data store and transmit．This article shows what the concept or the present—day EPR is and what problem the UPK face to．I t make a soI ution of data transmission in Di fferent structured systems．1t introduce the concept of tlealthcare 1eve]seven(HL7) protocol，．It takes a outlook in development of HL7 and explain how HL7 use in EPR app]ication．and then，the article advances fi ve modules design in HL7一based integration interface．They are HL7 Send and Receive module，H17 Parsing module，ltL7 to database Mapping module，HL7／XML translate module and HL7 API module．It also advances some new design of HL7 Paring module by a messsage semanti c tree． A11 of the above is helpful to the development of present day EPR integration interface． Keywords：E1ectronic Patient Record：HIS：HL7：interface Ⅱ 华南理工大学 华南理工大学 学位论文原创性声明 本人郑重声明：所呈交的论文是本人在导师的指导下独立进行研 究所取得的
