AbstractAt Abstract At present，dam monitoring data analysis mainly is off-line analysis on basis of C／S in our country·Therefore，setting up safety monitoring and manage center to re砒1ze the management of numerous dams is the future trend of automated d姗safetv mon‘tornlg and manage system．Based on studying in the domestic and foreign danl sateIY monitoring and manage systems， and with the a】pplication of advanced computer network technology,software technology,this paper has studied several kev questlons of the interact based distributed monitoring and manage system of daIll group．The primary contents as follow： (1)The history,the present situation and the development tendency of d啪saf宅tv monitoring and manage system of our country is analyzed．The imemet baSed distributed monitoring and manage system of dam group is s砌ied，a11d me d锄 grouP distributed safety monitoring platform based on the Internet is proposed． (2)The construction，the distributional module development techn0109y，the system dlstributional structure type of the internet based distributed m砌t嘶ng and maIlage system of dam group are studied，and the work flow and the structure fe a_ture are 1nQicated in detail．At the sanle time，the safety problems and the conesponding countermeasure of system are discussed． (3)The dam group safety early warning system is studied，it maillly includes： monitorQata management，the establishment of analysis and印praisal models，the establishing of early warning indices and SO on．At the sanle time the constmction alld work flow of the early warning system is studied． (4)T11e Function Construction and system development techn0109Y of the Intornla缸on query system of monitoring and manage system of dam group is studied． At the s啪e time several crucial questions are discussed，including dyn锄ic graph production as well as client program on-line upgrade，and correspondillg resolvent are given． (5)Take the Fuj ian Province darn group as the example，the intemet based distributed monitoring
