摘要 摘 要 工作流管理技术是计算机协同工作的重要应用之一，为企业和组织实现生产 经营过程的自动化和实施业务流程再造提供重要的技术支持，成为提高企业工作 效率、提升竞争力的关键技术。工作流管理系统作为企业信息化建设的基础，近 年来一直是计算机应用领域的研究热点。 本文研究了工作流和工作流管理系统的相关基础理论，包括工作流管理系统 的原理、功能特点和体系结构，介绍了工作流管理系统的发展状况，讨论了不足 和未来发展的方向。根据工作流管理联盟提出的工作流管理系统参考模型和标准 给出了基于 J2EE 的工作流管理系统的结构，按照 MVC 设计模式和模块化设计的 思想对系统进行了分层设计和功能设计。本文对工作流管理系统的主要功能模块 进行了详细的设计和实现，包括工作流引擎、过程定义工具等等，并对系统的主 要功能进行了运行和验证。 关键词： J2EE，工作流，工作流管理系统，工作流引擎 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Workflow management, as an important application of computer supported cooperative work, is essential to enhance competitiveness and improve efficiency of enterprises by providing technical support for re-engineering and automation of business process. Workflow management system which is the basis to establish enterprise management information system has been the focus of research and advanced topic in computer applications. This paper summarized the basic theory and correlative Concepts of workflow management and workflow management system, including the principles, functions and architecture of workflow management system. Paper also discussed the deficiencies and the direction of future research of workflow management system based on the through study of status quo of workflow technology. According to the workflow management system reference model raised by workflow management coalition, a main framework and structure of the J2EE-based workflow management system have been built up. We also bring forward functional description and layered design in accordance with MVC design pattern and the modularization idea. This paper provides the detailed design and realization of main functional modules of workflow engine and process definition tool, then we test and verify the main functions of workflow management system.
