摘要社会保险网上申报系统是社保信息管理系统的重要组成部分，是社保信息系 摘要 社会保险网上申报系统是社保信息管理系统的重要组成部分，是社保信息系 统数据资源的来源。该系统主要功能是完成参保单位缴费数据的网上申报和相关 信息的查询。 本文以社会保险网上申报信息系统的设计开发过程为主线，阐述了J2EE开 发平台上的开源框架Struts、Hibernate、Spring在Web信息系统中的应用。本 文首先分析了网上申报系统的业务需求，根据现有信息系统的不足，确定了系统 的总体框架以及所采用的技术方案。即Struts主要负责表现层，完成页面显示、 响应用户请求等功能；Spring主要负责业务逻蟹层，完成应用系统的业务逻辑 与事务处理等功能；Hibernate主要负责数据持久层，完成与数据层的交互功能。 之后阐述了网上申报系统的详细设计，以及主要功能模块的设计与实现过程。接 下来对申报系统实现的关键技术进行了论述。 最后总结了采用Struts，Spring，Hibernate框架开发应用系统的优势以及 今后系统需要完善的方向。 本系统经过测试，运行稳定，各项功能均达到了设计要求，顺利通过了有关 部门的验收。 关键词：社会保险网上申报J2EE平台框架Struts Spring Hibernate ABSTRACTOnline ABSTRACT Online Declaring System of Social Insurance is basilic subsystem of the information management system of social insurance．Mostly data come from it．Any an enterprise can finish declaring and searching information about social insurance． By the designing and implementing process of Online Declaring System of Social Insurance，this article demonstrates the application of some open source J2EE frameworks about Struts Spring and Hibernate in Web information systems．It first analyzes the general system requirement，and then sets up the system design as well as technology．Struts take charge of the presentation layer，completing page displaying and answering user’S requirements，Spring takes charge of business logic，completing the business logic and management of application programs，Hibemate takes charge of data persistence layer,completing interactive with the database．After that it introduces the design and implementation base on primary modules in detail． Furthermore it introduces some difficulty and crucial ways solving them about this system． Finally the paper concludes with advantages of developing application system by using Struts，Spring and Hibernate open source frameworks on the J2EE．And it also list something need improved in this system． The Online Declaring System of Social Insurance has passed the system test，it works normally，and meeting the designing requirement well．It has got the approval of so
