2013 26 2 年第 卷第 期 · 图像 编码与软件 Electronic Sci. ＆ Tech. / Feb. 15 ，2013 SPI 基于 接口的温度测量系统 孔令荣 ( ， 225300) 南京理工大学泰州科技学院电子电气工程学院 江苏泰州 摘 要 设计 了基 于 SPI 接 口的温度测 量 系统，采用 ATmega16 单片机 控制 ，TC72 温度传 感 器采 集 温度 ，以及 1602 液晶屏进行数据显示 。系统主要 由温度传感器电路 、LCD 液晶显示模块 电路 、矩 阵式键盘 电路 、报警 电路和 AT- mega16 单片机控制 电路 5 个模块组成 。ATmega16 单片机根据 TC72 温度传感器检 测到的温度 ，经一定的控制算 法给 出 控制信号 ，通过 LCD 显示 出检 测温度 的大小; 矩 阵键盘 可以设定上 限和下限温度 ，当实时温度超 出设定范围时，报警 电路会发 出警报 ，达到温度测量和控制 的目的。 关键词 单片机; SPI 接 口; 温度测量 中图分类号 TP368 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007 － 7820 (2013)02 － 079 － 05 Temperature Measurement System Based on the SPI Interface KONG Lingrong (Department of Electronic and Electric Engineering ，Taizhou Institute ，Nanjing University of Science and Technology ，Taizhou 225300 ，China) Abstract In the temperature measurement system based on the SPI interface ，the ATmega16 microcontroller is used for control ，integrated temperature sensor TC72 for collecting temperature ，and LCD 1602 screen for data dis- play． The system is composed of five modules :the temperature sensor ，LCD display module circuit ，matrix key- board circuit ，alarm circuit and ATmega16 single-chip microcomputer control circuit． The system can achieve real- time monitoring of temperature ，the temperature of upper and lower limits setting and alarm functions． The design meets the requirements of social production temperature gathering and controlling． Keywords single-chip microcomputer ;SPI interface ;temperatu
