多功能小型机床设计 多功能小型机床设计 总计：毕业论文： 37 页 表 格： 9 表 插 图： 6 幅 指导教师： 评 阅 人： 完成时间： 摘 要 多功能小型机床自诞生之初就备受社会关注，这跟其优越的经济性，高效率，及其占地面积小等特点有极大关系。本次设计对于提高机床加工效率和使用年限有重要意义。 本次设计过程中，经由题目所要求及使用参数出发，从而展开方案的拟定，确定方案后，再进行相关的参数设计，包括钻，磨，铣，镗的参数。传动系统的设计可参考之前的机械设计课程设计，从而再进行相关结构设计。 本次设计任务的多功能小型机床，主要是用来实现设备的维修中的钻，磨，铣，镗加工。其机构简易，占地面积小，使用方便，工作稳定，性能优越，极大的应用于一些家庭作坊与小工厂。凭借其功能多样等的优点，人们对其需求量将更加广，所以发展前景十分被看好，必定能为社会及个人带来极大的收益。 关键词： 多功能机床；钻削；磨削；铣削；镗削。 ABSTRACT Multifunctional miniature machine tools since the beginning of the birth of much social concern, the economy with its superior, high efficiency, and covers an area of small have a great relationship. The design to improve the machining efficiency and the service life has important significance. Design of transmission system can reference before the curriculum design of machinery design, to add to the structure design. This design task small-sized machine is mainly used to implement equipment maintenance of drilling, grinding, milling, boring. The mechanism simple, covers an area of small, easy to use, stable work, superior performance, great application in some family workshops and small factories. By virtue of the advantages of its multiple functions.The need for it will be more extensive.
