WORD格式整理版 PAGE 学习参考好帮手 新建年产66万吨热轧H型钢车间工艺设计 摘　　要 我国正处于经济高速发展阶段，大量的基础设施在建，钢铁需求量很大，尤其是H型钢，更是存在较大的空缺。 结合国内H型钢生产的实际情况，本设计将新建一座年产66万吨的热轧H型钢车间。主要产品包括窄翼缘、中翼缘、宽翼缘H型钢，其规格为H200～600mm，车间综合成材率为95%。 车间采用目前世界上最先进的轧制技术之一 ——三机架串列轧制法，轧件依次通过开坯机、万能粗轧机组（包括轧边机）、万能精轧机，生产线上的五台轧机呈布置，俗称“1—3—1”布置。 坯料采用连铸异型坯，规格有750×450×100和500×300×100两种，年需坯料69.49万吨，两种坯料长度范围为：4.4～11.0m。 本设计的主要内容有：车间产品大纲和金属平衡、方案选择、工艺流程、设备选择、孔型设计、生产能力计算、设备验算、车间组成和布置、重要技术经济分析、环境保护以及使用AutoCAD绘制孔型图和工艺平面布置图。 关键词：热轧H型钢；万能轧机；车间设计 Design of a new H-beam workshop with an annual output of 0.66 million tons Abstract Our country is at the moment of economic stage,many basic installations being constructed,so steel is in large demand,especially H-beam. . According to the condition of H-beam product,in this design, a new H-beam workshop will be built, Its annual production is 0.66million tons. The main product includes HN、HM、HW,the web-depth is from 200 to600mm,the comprehensive yield of the shop is 95%. The production line adopts one of the most advanced technology in nowaday world,which is called three-stand-string rolling technology ,as it’s usually called is “1-3-1”style.The billet is rolled by rough mill,universal rough mill(including edging mill),universal finishing mill.The five stands is allocated as “ The initial materials are C.C.beamblank,and with a need of 0.6949 million tons a year,which including two different dimensions:750×450×100 and 500×300×100,their length range from4. 4m to 11 The main task of the design includes: scheme of products and balance of metal, selecting of raw material, alternatives selection, technological process, equipment selection, roll pass design, production capacity calculation, equipment strength calculation, major objects of the bar plant, layout of workshop, technological economic analysis, and circumstance protection.
