Research Research on Test methods of Mixed--signal Circuits Based on the DES Theory Ab stract With the fast development of the electronic technology,mixed·signal circuits are widely used in various circuit systems．The present test methods of mixed—signal circuits can not meet the needs of fault diagnosis．Therefore，it is significant to make research on the testability and fault diagnosis of mixed—signal circuits． This dissertation researched on applying the DES theory to analyze the testability and fault diagnosis of mixed—signal circuits；the theory proposes a mathematical mode applicable for most mixed-signal circuits． The main works and contributions of paper are summarized as follows： ●The fault diagnosis model of the circuits was established based on DES theory，analyzed the testability of it and found the ratio of fault coverage．The experiments certifid that it is feasible to apply DES theory to analyze the testability and fault diagnosis of mixed—signal circuits． ● In the test analysis of mixed—signal circuits based on the DES theory,it is the key point to compute the minimum test set of circuit．After studying the ACA(ant colony algorithm)deeply,a new mode of computing minimum test set based on ACA was proposed．Having ensured the fault detection rate，the experiment indicates that with the positive feedback mechanism of the ACA，it could compress the test vector sets effectively． ● A test analysis was practiced on a mixed—signal circuit with DES theory； the fault simulation of circuit was analyzed with different events，and the test effect was studied．The result shows that choosing the events rightly can improve the efficiency of the circuits testing． ◆ Based on researching the present technology of the automatic testing system，the dissertation put forward the design scheme of mixed—signal circuits test system．The system combines the Virtue Instrument technology and realizes circuits testing and fault diagnosis basically．It provides a new idea for the mixed-sign
