Y Y 607705 摘要 内容摘要：二十一世纪是一个知识经济时代，知识成为生产的核心要素而有 别于工业社会的资本以及农业社会的土地，它是组织提升其卓越品质与竞争优势 的关键因素。学校是一个知识密集型组织，而教师的专业知识则是学校组织中的 重要资产，也是知识管理所强调的智慧资本。知识管理是知识社会中的个人和组 织提升其素质与竞争力，以及应对知识经济挑战的一项重要武器。同样，教师知 识管理的应用与研究，无论是对于教师的专业与素质发展，还是对于学校效能与 竞争力的提升，都具有十分重要的作用和意义。然而，当前大多数的学校和教师 无论是对于知识管理，还是教师知识管理，仍然是一知半解。有鉴于此，本文力 图在对知识管理的理论作一个系统的总结与介绍的基础之上，重点对其在教育领 域的教师当中的应用做一番探索性的研究。总的说来，全文除了摘要、引言及结 语外，主要分为了四个章节结口分。第一章为绪论，主要针对该论文选题作了一 些论证，回答了诸如国内外研究现状分析、选题的原因与意义以及研究的内容和 方法等问题；第二章为知识管理的基本理论，在借鉴和总结了许多国内外有关知 识管理的研究成果上，对知识管理的基本理论进行了系统的梳理和介绍；第三章 主要是对知识管理的一个最相关的理论：学习型组织进行了一些简要论述和介 绍；第四章为教师的知识管理研究，也是本论文研究的重点所在。在枢关研究文 献为数不多的情况下，经过本人的潜心探索，最终初步形成并构建了一个教师知 识管理的基本理论体系。这一部分以教师知识为开端，针对有关教师知识管理的 一些重要性理论问题进行了回答，最后并对其在实践中的如何应用提出了一些建 设性的参考意见。 关键词：知识；知识管理；教师知识：教师知识管理；学习型组织 Abstrac+Content：The Abstrac+ Content：The 21一century is a knowledge-economy era．In such all age， knowledge has become the core element of production which makes it differ from the capital-based industry society and the soil—based agriculture society,also it is the key factor for the organization to advance its outstanding quality and rival superiority．The school is a knowledge—concentrated organization,where the most important assets are the teachers’knowledge that is the wisdom capital which Knowledge Management emphasizes．Knowledge Management is a vital weapon for the organization and individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society，thus they can cope with the challenge from the knowledge economy successfully through the weapon．In the same way,the application and research of the KM on teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers’ profession＆quality．or for the promotion of the school’S efficiency and rival ability． But what makes US worried is that most schools and teachers are ignorant of the theory of KM and KM on teachers．Therefore，firstly this thesis strive to summarize the basic theory of KM systemically，then we put the emphasis on the research of KM on teaches．To
