. 摘 摘 要 土地作为一种稀缺且不可再生资源，既是人们进行生产的物质基础又是人们 生活的场所。随着现代社会的进步，地少人多的现实国情以及工业化和城市化的 加速发展，使得人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾日趋突出，对土地的集约利用日渐 迫切，土地的集约利用进程将直接影响到社会经济可持续发展的进程。 土地集约利用受多方面要素的影响，通过参阅大量文献对开发区土地集约利 用的理论及其进展进行了回顾，在前人研究的基础上结合笔者的理解提出了开发 区土地集约利用的内涵；尔后在分析以往常用的评价方法的基础上提出了一种应 用开发区土地集约利用的新方法一物元分析，并用可拓学的理论和方法，建立 土地集约利用评价物元模型。本研究主要从开发区土地利用状况，用地效益和绩 效管理三方面进行土地集约利用评价，对江西省93个开发区的土地利用数据进 行整理分析处理，运用物元模型对全省开发区土地进行集约利用实证研究，对评 价结果进行分析后探讨实现开发区集约利用途径。 本文的主要特色和创新之处在于评价所用的方法——物元分析，并运用GIS 技术对搜集的开发区土地集约利用原始数据进行处理，得出江西省开发区土地集 约利用空间等级分布图，从图上能直观的反映出江西省开发区土地利用等级的区 域差异，并对空间差异做出分析。而以往研究多集中于各个开发区各自进行各自 的评价，缺乏可比性。通过做全省开发区土地集约利用评价发现土地集约利用问 题，探索实现开发区土地集约利用途径。 关键词：土地集约利用；开发区土地集约利用；物元分析；物元的可拓性；江西 省 .‘ 鼻， .- .- .-_ ABSTRACTLand，the ABSTRACT Land，the scarce and non-renewable resources，is not only the material basis of production，but also a place where people live．With the progress of modern society,a small number per capita of land actual conditions and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization development,the conflict of the population， resources and environment becomes increasingly prominent，and the intensive use of land is increasingly urgent，therefore，the process of the intensive use of land will directly influence on sustainable development of socio．economy． 111e intensive use of land is affected by many factors．Through investigating related literatures and reviewing its progress，the connotation of intensive use of development zone land was put forward．Based on the analysis of previous evaluation methods，Matter-element analysis，a new method of intensive use of land，is presented to establish element evaluation model of the intensive land use together with the theory and method of extension．In the present study，the intensive land use is evaluated from three aspects：utilization situation of land use，land intrest and management system．111e land use data of 93 development zones in Jiangxi province was analyzed．The intensive use of all development zones were researched by using matter element model，then to
