AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract W．m the continuous reformation and development of economic field in China， banking industry acquires unprecedented development，the competition between banks iS more and more drastic．Individual financial business has become the one of the focus of commercial banks under the impact of the Intemet financial．VIP customers who have hi曲asset value are the most important seizing targets of bank and the most important potential buyer of individual financial products．At present，the main tasks in VIP customers management of bank are lean management，improving customer satisfaction and selling individual financial products to them．Due to increasing number of VIP customers and individual fmancial products，the original management mode that arranged by customer manager Can no longer meet the requirements of the bank market situation．VIP customer information management system which Can manage the information of VIP customers and assist customer managers in selling individual financial products is needed． This paper analyses the functional requirements of the Agricultural bank of China to the VIP customer information management system，and then the VIP customers information management system for ABC which use ASENET platform，SQL Server database and B／S architecture is designed and implemented． According to the result of function requirement analysis，the system is divide into interface framework，user setting，customers information，marketing module， transaction management．And then the paper introduces the design of the system by detailed introduction of database，system interface and sofhvale flow．Finally the functional testing result shows that the VIP customers information management system Can meet the demand ofABC to the VIP customers management． The system will help ABC realize information management of VIP customers management．Through establishing VIP customers basic information and financial information database，the bank Can grasp the change
