沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文摘要 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 摘要 计算机辅助工艺设计——CAPP的应用，提高了企业工艺设计的规范化、标准化程 度，为企业带来了一定的效益，因此受到了越来越多的关注。本论文主要对计算机辅助 工艺设计——cAPP系统中工艺卡片的生成问题做了深入的研究。运用VC++6．0、Ac．4)ess 数据库作为开发工具，CAXA电子图板作为开发平台。通过这一过程的研究解决了生成 工艺卡片过程中的关键性问题，包括工艺卡片中零件总体信息、工艺信息等的填写问题 以及工序图的插入问题，还对工艺卡片的设计和表格的定制进行了一定程度的研究与探 索。系统中零件的总体信息可以自动或半自动的从数据库中直接读取、预览，编辑等， 最后使其达到符合零件的要求，并将数据库中的信息转化为CAPP系统可以识别的信息 直接填加到工艺卡片相应的位置，为实现CAD与CAPP之间的信息共享、无缝连接奠 定了良好的基础。应用本系统能够减轻了工艺人员的劳动强度，提高了工艺设计的效率 和质量，对于其它类似CAPP系统的开发具有较高的参考价值和指导意义。 关键词：G悦～电子图板；CAPP；工艺卡片；数据库 沈阳航空丁-业学院硕十学位论文Abstract 沈阳航空丁-业学院硕十学位论文 Abstract The application of CAPP has improved the standardization of enterprises technological design，standardized intensity,it brings enterprise Celtain benefit．So，The CAPP is paid attention to the fact more and more．The formulation problem of the craft card in CAPP system is studied deeply in this thesis．We u∞VC++6．o．Access database as the developing tools，CAXA electronic drawing board is regarded as the developing platform．The key problem turned into in the craft card has been solved through the research of this COUl鹭g， including overall information of the part．craft information,etc．fill in meddling of the question and process picture in the craft card．The customization of form have also been carried on research and exploration of a certain degree．The parts Call be carried on this the system，then read,previewed，editored directly from the database automatically or semi。automatically,maken reach the demands for part，and the information among the databases is turned into the information that CAPe system discem to dose to the corresponding position directly．Therefore，the good foundation has been established in the fact of information sharing and seamless link between CAD and CAPE This system lights personnels labour,improves efficiency and quality of technological design,and has higher reference value and directive significance to develop other similar CAPP systems． Keywords：CAXAElectornic drawing Borad；CAPP；craft card；database 原创性声明本人郑重声明
