Abstract With the development of technology, it is very important to obtain valid information quickly. In the traditional way, a computer is the most important way to get information. However, with the development of society, and changes in the demand for mobile phones.mobile phones not only need to be designed enough beautifully and lightweight in hardware, but also need to be designed functionally and powerfully in software. It has evolved into a set of an information tool which conclude in Internet entertainment and multimedia. It began to replace computer gradually. In order to adapt to the needs of the market, the major manufacturers have also begun to develop a better phone system and development platform according to the user needs. Q ualcomm has been the leader of the communications industry.It already has a large number of patents in the past. But it is a constant pursuit of excellence in business. Starting from 2000, Qualcomm has stand in front of peers, and develop the Brew platform. According to the changing market, Qualcomm developed value-added services on the basis of the previously Brew platform. Brew platform with value-added services, not only can make people develop better and more pleasing user interface,but also can achieve new value-added services. After reading lots of books about BREW, I described the Brew platform framework knowledge, MVC theory,event handing mechanism. According to analying the demand of the interface module and download module, I designed and implement eda detailed development needs. At last, I tested the usability of the mobile phone system in the actual project, and reduced the probability of failure. The significance lies in not only about how to design a cell phone. I think it is more important to explore the future developme nt to adapt to the changing needs of the premise.
