Abs Abstract Abstract With the development of information technology, nowadays embedded system becomes a hotspot of research and application in many industries. Flash is widely used in many embedded systems because of its non-volatile, fast access data and low power consumption and etc. But chip test has the problem of long period and high cost. This paper combined with the project of 0.13μm embedded flash memory and 90nm flash memory research and development give a kind of design method based on single chip microcomputer AT89C51SND1 to realize the function of MP3 play and flash test. Took AT89C51SND1 as a core, Designed contains periphery electric circuit, schematic, PCB board, and made experimental development board assembly. Using C language adjustment software compiler KeilC and ISP on-line simulation software FLIP, inserts the embedded technology into the monolithic integrated circuit experiment system development and the application. Debugging to realize multimedia playing function and testing the function and performance of flash memory. In cooperation with teachers and classmates, designing, manufacturing, and commissioning process of the development board, the study and practice of soft hardware design ideas, the development process, the use of relevant software, problem-solving skills. In cooperation with teachers and classmates complete the design and development board plate work and part of the flash function and performance testing.
