基于 基于 CAN 总线的网络管理节点的研究 THE RESEARCH OF NETWORK MANAGEMNT NODE BASED ON CAN BUS ABSTRACT Controller Area Network (CAN), a kind of the bus-type communication network, is the serial communication network that supports distributed control systems and real-time control effectively. CANopen is the application layer communication protocol based on CAN 2.0. It is developed as a standardized embedded network with the high flexible configuration capabilities.The application background is some cabin valve-drainage system. The CANopen network master node is based on the microcontroller platform. The kernel features and advantages of CAN are introduced firstly，then the CANopen communication mechanism is deeply analyzed from the CANopen device model ， communication patterns and communication objects three angles. A kind of software and hardware solution of intelligent CANopen master node is put forward with the Infineon XC2267 microcontroller. The paper completes circuit design of the master node， such as the micro-controller unit， the CAN communication interface circuits， LCD modules， et al. With the software modularized idea with C language and Keil C integrated development environment， we write the basic CAN communication process to realize the CAN transmit and receive functions and writes the basic communication object interface functions of the CANopen protocol，such as NMT，PDO，SDO，and Heartbeat. In addition，we complete the software design of the CAN gateway module software design based on the MCU MultiCAN module gateway functionality. There are detailed circuits and software diagrams in the paper. In the current, CANopen is the mainstream application layer protocol based on CAN-bus and has been widely used in many fields, such as medical equipment, off-road vehicles, maritime electronics, railway applications, building automation.
