2006届硕士学位论文 2006届硕士学位论文 基于“熟练曲线”的高新技术行业员工离职模型研究 ABSTRACT High-tech enterprises belong to knowledge-intensive industries.Their competit沁n is concentrated on talent competition.How to retain the talents is not only the emer- geney ofthe High·tech enterprises.but also觚important task ofHuman Resource Management. By analysing and researching generous materials in this thesis,the author tries hard to nlal(e clear argumentation to the process,the characteristies,the reasons and the outcomes ofthe employee turnover ofhigh-tech enterprises,and also designs a etllve ofthe turnover possibility and a turnovglmodel which is based on this curve. 11坨author carried out an applied study to verify the practicability and malleIlver- abili押ofthis model. Using multi-knowledge synthetically and adopting the method that the ration combines together determining the nature,the author analyses de印ly and syste- mically the turnover ofnew high.telch enterprise and explored the regularity among them.m analysis and studying ofthis thesis,in certain degree,has guidance time- don and reference value to help the high-tech enterprise to manage human resouro器 flow correctly,establish strategic consciomn船s and take the integrated mategies to realize the talentsbest benefit.Especially,the author advances tactics to guard against the turnovers ofhigh-teeh enterprises.so鹞to help enterprise staffmake rational decision offlowing and promote the effective disposition ofthe human rosourc,e$. Through the positive research of血e thesis.the author verifies the feasibility and practicability ofthis model further. .n艟author presents sonic new ideas to the flow management ofhuman resources ofnew high-tech enterprises,and designs the turnover modeI to know and estimate flow state ofhuman resources in enterprise.
