哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract The working conditon of the cutting portion of heavy roadheader is very hard, at the same time, the traditional method analyze the static and dynamic speciality of the cutting portion parts are difficult, consequently it should have the advanced and effective design and analysis technique to ensure the reliablity of the cutting portion of heavy roadheader. The main object of dissertation is the cutting portion of EBZ318H roadheader, firstly, the analysis on the cutting portion of roadheader were conducted from the aspects of the basic structure, technical parameters, performance characteristic and basic principle, after that the force situation of the cutting portion was analyzed, and get the formulae of the main mechanics parameter under three typical working condtions. In addition, made the cutting simulation test, fuction parameter and libration speciality of the cutting portion under the simution working conditon were test, thereby the test dara and impersonality foundation for optimization design and product capability upgrade of the cutting portion were offered. Secondly, the stucture static analysis and mode analysis for the cutting portion and the key parts were completed by ANSYS software, by doing this, stress, strain, natural frequency and mode shape can be obtained, then the stiffness and strength properties of the relevant parts meeting the design requirements were verified. Finally, the dynamic simulation for rigid-flexible coupling model of cutting arm was preceded by making use of the interface technology of Pro/E, ANSYS and ADAMS, in addition, the stress and strain of flexible major cutting shaft were analyzed, and get the stress and strain state of flexible cutting shaft under three typical working condtions, thereby the theoretical foundation for optimization design of major cutting shaft was offered.
