Naturally, English teacher get more attention too. As a teacher:” Individualized Education is meant that to develop the students according to their personality, capititude, characterize so that they can improve themselves in right way. teaching has no fix method on the basis of Confucius theory of Individualized Teaching the essay has came up how to bring this method into modern English teaching in order to pursue a more proper way of teaching, at the same time, it has described myself experience and a senior teachers advices. And for the significance of this method the survey and studying has made carefully, at last, it proved that it really has many benefit among the teachers or the students.
