PAGE 中国最大的论文知识平台 浙江中小企业集群化发展探析 内 容 摘 要 中小企业集群化发展现象在世界范围内广泛存在，并已引起越来越多的关注。浙江经济社会发展的特色和活力即是中小企业的集群化发展，中小企业集群在浙江经济发展中起着关键作用，并形成了独特的浙江模式。在当前“绿色浙江”的新的经济形势下，浙江的中小企业集群发展该如何继续走好，该如何长久地保持并扩大集群化发展所具有的这种独特的集群优势，现实意义非常重大。基于上述目的，本论文在认识中小企业集群相关理论知识基础上，了解了浙江省中小企业集群的总体现状，剖析了在新形势发展过程中面临的新问题和新障碍，并从选择有效的集群战略定位、走集群创新道路和充分发挥政府的“可作为空间”这三个角度分析了在新形势下浙江中小企业集群该如何继续走好、保持并扩大这种独特的竞争优势。 关键词：浙江中小企业集群、集群战略、集群创新 、政府 Analysis on the development of Zhejiang Small and Medium enterprises(SMEs) clusters ABSTRACT Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) cluster development is widely exist in the world, and more and more attracted to the world wide attention. Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) clusters in zhejiang is of the character and vitality for its local economic and social development. It played a key role to the development of local economy, and have developed a unique model of Zhejiang economy. In the current Green Zhejiang new economic situation, learning how to maintain and expand the advantages of clusters is of great practical significance. For the above purpose, this paper summarized the overall situation of cluster in zhejiang, analyzed the new issues and obstacles which will occur in the new situation based on understanding of the relevant theoretical knowledge of SMEs clusters, and finally mainly from choosing the effective cluster stratagem ,following Cluster Innovation roads and letting go the government in their can and should be do something space three points analyzed how can Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) clusters in Zhejiang keep going well under the current Green Zhejiang background, and study how can we deal with the new situation , maintain and expand the unique advantages of clusters .
