山西祁县古城商业类历史建筑研究摘 山西祁县古城商业类历史建筑研究 摘 要 祁县古城位于山西中部，古称“昭馀”，在清代地位等同于当时的全国金融 中心，是晋商“祁太平”三地的核心所在。祁县存留下大量的商铺与民居古建， 不仅保存完好，且形式多样、各具特色。是因人才辈出且历史悠久、文化和经济 双重发达。它是明清晋商所建的商业类建筑的代表，具有很高的的文物研究和历 史价值。 现存近百座建于明清或民国的商业类建筑，而商业类建筑又由于其功能的不 同分化为普通商业建筑和传统金融建筑，与一般商业重镇相同，祁县有着发达的 普通商业文化，城中宽敞的东西南北大街和临街鳞次栉比的店铺便是完美的诠释； 而此外祁县还有独特的金融类建筑一一票号，在形式上不同于开敞的商铺，在功 能上追求封闭和安全等等都构成了祁县特殊的商业建筑形态。 由于受到周边如乔家大院和平遥古城等著名古迹的影响，基本的历史建筑测 绘工作一般仅限于规划和开发文本，而在学界对祁县古城的考察研究成果甚少。 本文介绍了祁县古城的历史沿革、自然环境及文化背景，并以祁县晋商文化为着 重点，阐述其历史建筑形成的因素及渊源。正文部分分为四章，分别从传统商业 建筑的平面布局、立面造型、结构特点和商业类建筑对比等四个角度对祁县传统 商业类建筑进行深入探讨和研究。 商业类建筑，是古代重要市镇的经济命脉，也往往是最繁华热闹的地段，这 里代表的市井文化是研究一个地域重要的参考。与官式建筑不同，传统商业建筑 取之于商、用之于商，具有强烈的个人意愿和地域特色。 对于祁县传统商业类建筑的研究不只是在建筑专业中的探讨，亦是对晋商文 化研究领域的重要补充，具有重要的研究价值与意义。 关键词：祁县古城；票号茶庄；晋商；传统商业建筑：传统金融建筑 II 万方数据 硕士学位论文Abstract 硕士学位论文 Abstract Qixian ancient city in central Shanxi，called”Zhao Yu”，was built in the Qin and Han period，the deVelopment in the Ming and Qing dynasties，the Qing Dynasty Merchants’Qi Taiping， ”three of the core， equiValent to the prevailing national financial center．Due to economic deVelopment，talent and historic，Qixian leR behind countless shops and ancient houses， no only preserVed，and f．0rms， unique． It represents the residential constI’uction business culture under the influence of the Ming and Qing dynasties，with considerable historical Value and heritage research value． Existing nearly a century，built in the Ming and qing dynasties or business class of the republic of China building，and commercial buildings due to the different functions of dif诧rentiation for ordinary commercial buildings and traditional 6nancial buildings，the same as the general commercial hub，has developed common business culture，qixian spaciOus thing north and south street and street in the city of store is a perfect interpretation；But also haVe unique financial buiIdings，Banks， qiXian in form is dif诧rent from the shops open，pursuit is closed on the function and safety，and so on are constitutes the special qixian commercial building form． Due to t
