青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘 要 一些园林建筑、大型公共建筑以及旅游建筑设计中，设计者经常将喷泉以一种艺术形式融合在建筑物中，给人以自然之美与艺术感。当音乐播放时（包括音乐的曲调和音乐的声音大小），喷头有规律的喷水，彩灯有规律的亮灭（达到白天时灯不亮，夜晚时灯有规律的亮与灭）。 本系统是一个小型音乐喷泉控制系统,它以PLC为控制核心，变频器控制水柱高度，以音频采集为基础，同时PLC程序控制灯光的亮灭和颜色的变化。本系统选用SIEMENS公司的S7-200 PLC为控制核心，选用MicroMaster 440（简称MM440）变频器控制水泵高度，达到喷泉的立体效果随音乐变换而变化。 本系统主要包括PLC的选型（CPU226）、PLC的扩展模块（EM222）、I/O地址的分配、输入输出接口的连接和梯形图的绘制，梯形图绘制是重点，同时着重介绍了MM440变频器的变频原理、参数设置和变频器与PLC和电动机的接口连接。 系统设计完成后，能够达到中心、内圈、外圈共三圈喷头喷水，变频器控制内圈喷头改变水柱高度，PLC控制余下喷头有序启动停止，同时夜晚有三层灯光变幻，能够实时展现音乐的动态美。 关键词：音乐喷泉,控制系统，可编程控制器，梯形图，变频器 ABSTRACT In a number of landscape architecture, the design of large public buildings and tourist buildings, designers often fountain in the form of an art integration in the building, giving to the beauty of nature.
