摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 我国对“非遗”保护的20年，也正是“非遗”消逝最快的20年。大多数“非 遗”是民众在日常休闲生活中创造的。由于现代化城市建设日益加快，“非遗” 很难融入人们的生活中去，其存在、传承和发展正面临着堪忧的处境。长期以 来，地方政府忙于“开发”“非遗”，忽视了保护和传承，导致了一系列病态的 社会现象：遗产的文化精神功能被经济功能遮蔽；文化遗产等同于旅游资源， 甚至让没有旅游价值和商业价值的遗产等同“废物”；保护演变为“口号”等。 为改变“非遗”的堪忧现状，亟需创新观念，探索积极、科学、合理、高效地 促进非物质文化遗产与旅游结合发展的新途径。本研究根据“非遗”的本质属 性及其生存境况，以“生活化”的视角在旅游发展中对“非遗”进行合理利用。 本研究以“东亚文化之都”——泉州为例，运用社会学研究方法如实地考 察、调查问卷、专家打分、访谈、城市意象法等，对泉州“非遗”整理、分类、 “生活化”开放式利用，创建空间汇集地，再建构“非遗”赖以存续的生活情 境和社会情境。提出打造“生活化”街区、“生活化”情境体验剧、闽南原真生 活性体验、小吃人家和“生活化”小吃街巷等利用方式。同时，建议出台“惠 原住民”政策、建立非物质文化遗产旅游利用专项资金补助机制、建立传承人 培育机制、创新非物质文化遗产表现形式、引导舆论和提高文化认同等保障措 施，使得旅游者能够在“惯常”生活情境中真实体验非物质文化遗产，领悟其 丰富内涵。 本研究的创新之处在于提出全新的视角，将旅游的发展寓于“非遗”的保 护中，对案例地的“非遗”及其组成要素生活性地利用。理论上，对国内外“非 遗”的研究现状进行梳理和述评；研究过程中对案例地“非遗”的搜集和整理， 有利于案例地“非遗”的保护；提出“生活化”的视角，论述了“生活化”利 用的逻辑基础，丰富了“非遗”的理论内涵。实践意义上，区别于传统的“非 遗”开发模式，提供了一定的应用借鉴意义；有利于“非遗”的传承；并对传 承人的生存之路有了新的探索。 关键词： 非物质文化遗产 “生活化” 旅游利用 泉州 I Abstract Abstract Abstract We have protected Intangible Culture Heritage for 20 years in our country, which is also the fastest disappearing time of it. Most of the Intangible Culture Heritage is the product which created by ordinary people in our daily life. Since the modern urban construction is accelerating, the Intangible Culture Heritage is very difficult to go into people’s life. Thus, its existence,inheritance and development are facing worrying situation. Over the years,many local governments ignore protection and inheritance , and are busy exploiting the heritage, resulting in a series of pathological social phenomena. For Example, the features of culture and spirits are obscured by economic function; the culture heritage is regarding as tourism resources, even the culture which has no travel and commercial value is counted as “waste”; the protection is evolved into slogan.To change the worrying situation of Intangible Culture Heritage, we need to succeed in finding innovative ideas, and explore the positive, scientifical, rational and efficient new ways to promote the development of intangible
