Abstract At present, the convenience of payment services in the industry, from the user experience point of view, there are 4 main business models. Respectively they are: the online terminal self-help model, the offline implement self-help model, the offline dot service model and the offline business hall service model. In these 4 models, occupy the major share while still in the rapid expansion of outlets, agent model line terminal and the line of self-help mode. However, online self-help mode to the dot charge models such as A, this line in the user contention, showed a stronger momentum. In this paper starting from the basic situation of the industry, understanding of the business model and innovation based, systematic analysis of the core and the structure of the 4 elements of business model, then the paper deeply into a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the A network agent model line, including the business process analysis, business analysis, target users analysis and core competitiveness. Then it points out 3 major problems of the mode of A exist in the implementation process: customer relationship management, brand image construction means less high cost, distribution network planning is difficult. These 3 problems, A company model weaknesses, will not be changed in 3-5 years time, but how to make up for the short board also adhere to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, based on a full analysis of the proposed two improved strategies, design the implementation path, namely the diversification of products and outlets fine management.
