当代教育 中国高考制度的意义、历史及未来 沙麦可 ［摘要］ 中国的普通高等学校招生全 国统一考试 （高考 ）被认为是解决保证上大学公 正性 问题最合理 的方式 。作为 中央政府制定本 国教育制度 的工具之一 ，高考政策对学生 的教育 内容起到了极大 的作用 。同时 ，该制度对其所存在 的社会有很大影 响。如传统科 举考试制度一样 ，高考制度 的实施 ，能够便于 中央政府掌握社会和经济 的发展方 向与速 度 。在计划经济制度之下 ，教育制度 、高考制度 以及工作制度是互相配合 的一个完整 的 社会体系。本研究 的重点 问题是 ，今天 的高考制度是否仍然适合今天 的市场经济需要？ 高考是有利于学生 的个人发展 ，还是会对学生毕业 以后面对 的现实挑战产生负面影 响？ 通过对于高考制度 的历史 、影 响以及与科举制度 的比较分析后 ，笔者认为 中国的高考制 度并不适合现 阶段 的经济制度 ，而 中国的崛起 ，又取决于经济 的发展 ，因此 ，改革现行 的高考制度是势在必行 的。 ［关键词］ 高考制度 ；教育制度 ；科举制度 ；制度改革 The Significance, History, and Future of the National Higher Education Entrance Examination System in China [Abstract] In China ，the National Higher Education Entrance Examination is thought to be the most reasonable way to solve the issue of ensuring fairness in student acceptance and enrollment at the university level. As one of the principle methods by which the central ’ government organizes the nation s education system ，the Examination plays a large role in the content of the education, which students in this system receive. At the same time ，it also has a great influence on the society within which it exists. As the Imperial Examination before ，the Entrance Examination allows the central government to maintain control over the direction and speed of development in society and the economy. Under the planned economic system ，education in China ，the Entrance Examination ，and the system of work distribution was a coordinated ， complete social system. The focus of this research is to ask the question ： ’ ’ does today s Entrance Examination still meet the needs of today s market economy? Also ，
