Risk Classification Form Objective To determine the risk classification of a proposal or project - based on risk factors and project size. This form is Mandatory for Proposals and Projects. Type of Project There are two types of projects in regards project management delivery and the application of the WorleyParsons Project Management Process (WPMP) : Standalone Projects – Use Part 1 of this form This project type applies in scenarios where WorleyParsons is not necessarily managing a portfolio of projects on an exclusive basis for an Asset or Location. Use Part 1 for initial award of Portfolio Management (Improve) style contracts and Part 2 for ensuing work orders. Portfolio Management (Improve) Projects – Use Part 2 of this form This project type exists in scenarios where WorleyParsons is in a long term contract for the provision of services for a portfolio of brownfields projects on a specific Asset or Location. These contracts are an important part of WorleyParsons Improve business.
