Firstly, the three- imensional physical mo el w as use to escribe the loop reactor by using the CAD softw are, its mesh w as obtaine in Gambit. Furthermore, a particle kinetics- Euler tw o-flui mo el w as establishe , in which the particle kinetics w as use to escribe the viscosity an pressure of the soli phase, a multiple reference frame mo el( M RF) w as use to escribe the axial flow pump. Accor ingly, the mo el was use to stu y the effect of the circular flow rate on the flui ynamics of the liqui -soli loop reactor. The results show e that the high circular flow rate w as favorable for the particle in the linear part of loop reactor to ha the symmetrical istribution an for the particles in the curving part of loop reactor to ha asymmetrical istribution.
