大连市老年人日间照料设施空间特征研究ABSTRACT 大连市老年人日间照料设施空间特征研究 ABSTRACT In recent years，the proportion of urban elderly population is risiIlg．It can be known that relying the community endowment is the main way of urban elderly endowment that occupy in home according to the current social endowment service system in country。Also community elderly day care facilities reduce the pension costs and ensure the quality of life of the elderly by combining the life that occupy in home to social services． Tms 2urticle studies about the community elderly care f．acilities of di矗、erent Wpes in Dalian area Via the fieldwork印plying the mVestigation and analysis methods of architectural plannmg science and combining with the existing domestic a11d intemational advanced experience．In the process of research，the author find that the there are seVeral problems exist i11 the co舢munity elderly day care f．acilities：The first is that the current community f．acilities planning indicator is 11igher than the actual needs of old people，and the site selection of facilities and their foms are umeasonable，and it is not convenient for the elderly for a11riviIlg and using；Secondly，many day care facilities are the reconstruction or additional build parts of existiIlgbuildings so that the behavior of both elderly a11d staffs is lirllited；The t11ird is both the number and size do not meet the relevant construction standards and can not meet the needs of users now． For all of these problemS，this paper studies the location，scale，space Stmcture，space pattem，application status of co Hl】munity elderly day care f．acilities i11 Dalian，and explore the design key points of pattems of the elderly day care f．acilities to meet the needs of agiIlg society行om the perspectiVe of behaVior-way． The author hopes to remedy the gap between the perfect architectural design aJld the real feedback of the enViro啪ent and proVide cenam reference for Dalian community elderly day facilities t11rou曲tms paper． Key Words： CommunjtyjElderIy Day
