PAGE 浅析金融产品创新给商业银行带来的机遇与挑战 摘要 经济全球化、国际化是当今世界经济发展的主要趋势。为适应这一趋势，我国经过长期不懈的努力加入WTO，银行业全面对外开放，外资银行进入中国享受国民待遇。这对于我国商业银行既是机遇又是挑战，中外资银行将在国内国外市场上展开激烈的竞争。为了在这日益激烈的竞争中站稳脚跟，本土银行为了不至于流失已稳占多年的中国市场使劲浑身解数，逐渐加入了金融产品创新的队伍中来。外资银行则以其得天独厚的外资优势以高品质的产品服务在中国市场上开始大展拳脚。许多见所未见、闻所未闻的产品如雨后春笋地冒出。 本文概述了金融产品创新的概念及其现状，并将着重从网上银行的发展现状分析金融产品创新给商业银行带来的机遇。通过分析我国现阶段金融产品创新过程中存在的问题，发现其给商业银行带来的挑战，并务求找出有待改进之处。 关键词：金融产品创新 网上银行 机遇 挑战 Abstract In order to adapt to the main trend of economic globalization, China has made long-term efforts to join the WTO, which symbolizes that foreign capital banks have the permits to establish their branches in China and also some privileges will be given. This is not only an opportunity but also a big challenge for the cut-throat competition between the local banks and the foreign ones. In order to keep the market share, local banks have stepped into the financial product innovation. In the meantime, the foreign capital banks look forward to grasping the market in the mainland of China, which based on their high-quality product service. This paper outlines the concept of the financial product innovation and its current situation. Then the opportunities which financial product innovation has brought to the commercial bank will be analyzed based on the development of the e-bank. Through the analysis on existing problems of the financial product innovation in the present period of China, the challenges need to be found for further improvements.
