优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 AbstractInk Abstract Ink quantity control system is all important part of metal sheet printing machine．Its automatic and intelligent level directly affects the efficiency of the entire printing production line and the quality of printing．Ink quantity control system has become the focus of oversea and domestic researchers．For the defect in the aspects of study on the ink preset，the online detection of the thickness of ink and the intelligent adjustment of ink key opening，some research work were conducted to improve the automatic and intelligent level of nle il呔 quantity control system of domestic metal sheet printing machine，and thereby enhancing the production efficiency and printing quality of the metal sheet printing．The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows： 1．According to the transfer characteristic of ink in the inking system and the dynamic characteristics of oscillating roll，the mathematical model of transferring process of the inking system is established．Then multiple sets of simulation experiments are carried OUt tO studV the impacts of the changes of the image coverage rates and the quantity of ink roller output ink to ink transfer．Last，the relationship between the output ink quantity of ink fountain roller and the thickness of the ink film on the metal sheet is described and the ink flow distribution matrix is established． 2．According to 1·TⅢF digital files，the image coverage rate of each zone are calculated． And the results are used as the computer simulation progress input in order to obtain the ink flow distribution matrix．Then the equations of the ink thickness of ink roller and ink film thickness on metal sheet are established．As the equation that about the output il血of me iI止 fountain is ill conditioned equations，the genetic algorithm is used tO solve the ill conditioned equations and obtained reasonable output ink of ink fountain accurately．Last，the ink preset model and the algorithm are verified accurate
