年玉米种子在茎干重方面的促进作用排序依次为：农大1号、满帅、六安、锐胜、 年玉米种子在茎干重方面的促进作用排序依次为：农大1号、满帅、六安、锐胜、 农大2号。5种种衣剂与对照处理比较都有促进作用。 3大田试验 2015年，在安徽宿州、河南鹤壁和山东冠县分别进行田间趋势试验，试验 采用完全随机区组设计，3次重复。采用人工单粒播方法，每穴1粒，行株距4000 株每667m2种植密度，严格保持一致。根据整理测量的数据，得出农大1号种衣 剂对玉米出苗率、茎基宽、根长、鲜重等方面的促进作用均仅次于锐胜种衣剂， 大于满帅和农大2号种衣剂，农大l号种衣剂在玉米苗期防效水平大于锐胜种衣 剂和满帅种衣剂，不同种衣剂在玉米苗期前期均可以达到100％的病虫害防效水 平，后期防效仍可以达到50％以上。在玉米产量方面，农大1号种衣剂同样达到 了增产的效果，增产效果仅次于满帅种衣剂，比锐胜种衣剂增产50％以上，增产 高达18％以上，效果良好。综上所述，农大1号种衣剂在玉米综合指标中表现良 好。 关键词：玉米种衣剂，安全性，防效，产量 万方数据 Ab Abstract Seed coating agent has a protective effect on maize．It reduces the infection frequency of maize from diseases and insect pests in germination stage and growth of cyclamen stage，which has great significance to increase production and income of maize．This paper takes a new type of seed coating agent for research objects，the difference of maize growth activity was studied under different temperatures by comparing the germination rates，root lengths and seedling lengths under different storage temperatures，analyzing and demonstrating that there will no drug damage to the maize during storage after mixing the new type seed coating agent．Two kin of maize seeds in different years were tested．By comparing the germination rates，rootf th lengths and seedling lengths of the maize seeds which were treated with five kinds seed coating agent，the study illustrated the differences in activity of different year maize seeds and the maize seeds which were more suitable for the next field experiment were selected．In the field experiments，different seed coating agents affect the maize diseases and insect pests and maize yields in different tested fields，by comparing these differences the effect of the new seed coating agent call be explored in field use．This study will establish foundation to mass production and safe use in farmland of the new seed coating agent．The main results were as follows： 1．The effect of storage on the seed of maize under different temperatures No differences in CK after the contrast experiment
