Thispaperintroduced the N ew ers’developm entof the situation in the firstplace, and then put forw ard the developm ent of enterprises positioning and research of com petitive environm ent’s background,and described this article’s fram ew ork of ideas and research ideas.Follow ing,this paper analyzes the factors of N ew er’s internal and externalenvironm entin vocationaleducation field from four aspects. First,to evaluate the affecting cause of the developm ent of N ew er com pany in m acro-environm ent through the analysis and com parison of data, from the political, econom ic,cultural,dem ographic and technological,and other factors;second,from the characteristics of the industry, enterprise developm ent m odel, dem and for qualified personnel,m arketpattern and so on this paper has a fully understand to describe the IT vocational training field; Third, on the basis of analyzing the external environm ent, this papertook into allthese factors ofcorporate culture,organization structure,hum an resources, hardw are source, research productivity, m arketability, em ploym ent serviceability,etc,to introduce and analyze the internalresource of N ew ers,as w ellas the state-of-the-art and potentialin the IT vocationaltraining field; Fourth,in set off the pointof view from the m arket segm ent,and defined the N ew er’s consum ers, this paper distinguished and analyzed the consum er groups and the com petitor.
