太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文污水处理监控系统的硬件设计。设计PLC控制站、现场检测仪表、通讯系 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 污水处理监控系统的硬件设计。设计PLC控制站、现场检测仪表、通讯系 统等，确定监控室的硬件和实现的功能。 4、根据监控系统整体的要求，以及已经设计的硬件电路，进行矿井污 水处理监控系统的软件设计。软件设计有：上位机软件、下位机软件。下 位机软件部分具有信息采集、监测、控制等功能，利用PLC编程软件来进 行；下位机软件的设计是基于组态王为平台来进行的，能够完成对数据的 存储、分析等功能，并能对现场设备进行远程控制。 5、根据模糊PID控制原理，设计了模糊PID控制加药的策略，给出了 模糊PID的控制方案和控制器的设计，利用SIMULINK来进行建模，并对 其进行仿真分析。 6、实验室系统调试是测试系统性能的有效手段。本文在实验室搭建污 水处理监控系统试验平台，实现对下位机软件的测试；对监控室的上位机 软件部分进行测试；上下位机之间通讯的测试等。 关键词：矿井，污水处理，PLC，组态王，监控系统 万方数据 AbstractDevelopment Abstract Development of Monitoring and Control System for the Sewage Treatment System in Coal Mine of Sihe Mine ABSTRACT In recent years，with the gradual popularization of automatic processing technique for sewage，the monitoring management system of sewage treatment has been applied in wastewater treatment，making the sewage treatment systems possessing a strong comprehensive and intelligent function． The research content of sewage treatment involves many kinds of theofies referring to the sewage treatment technology,instrument technology, communication technology,control technology,computer technology and SO on， belonging to a more comprehensive research field．In this paper,on basic of the analysis of the present situation of mine wastewater treatment system combined with the actual needs，we have developed a set of the mine wastewater treatment monitoring system basing on the combining of PLC technology and contlguratlon虹ng technoloKy． 一 一o In this paper,regarding the sewage treatment station of Sihe coal mine belonging to the Jin—Coal Group as the scene background．we have found the a series of problems in it，involving the non．comprehensive of monitoring quantities，ambiguity of monitoring methods and the lack of control system．To solve these problems，the sewage treatment process primarily was analyzed to make the wastewater treatment process and water quality index explicit；For another,in view of the analysis for operating principle of sewage treatment system，the overall scheme of mo
