The crux of the problem lies mainly in three aspects, the implementation of the policy being excessively rapid and lack of flexibility during its execution, the supply ability of rural funeral service being insufficient and the obstruction of traditional ideas in rural areas. The governance strategy of rural funeral reform dissimilation mainly includes: formulate flexible funeral policies according to local conditions, implement the funeral reform gradually, increase investment so as to improve the ability of the funeral service, pay attention to publicity in order to promote the change of peoples ideology.
