沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文摘要 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 摘要 在社会发展中，世界各国都把对残疾人的关注程度作为一个国家社会文明和进步的 重要标志。建筑尤其是居住建筑是最直接体现对人关怀和服务的载体。无障碍居住空间 是方便残疾人使用的居住空间。居住建筑应为残疾人正常生活提供便利条件，清除人为 环境中不利于残疾人的各种障碍。无障碍居住空间包含了关怀设计的各项原则，不仅对 残疾人是有利的，而且对正常人也是有利的，真正体现了“以人为本”的设计思想。 本文通过对无障碍居住空间的发展现状以及发展趋势的分析，对残疾人生理与心理 特点和居住特征分析，认为现阶段我国居家养残是比较理想的养残模式。并对居家养残 形式的优缺点展开分析，一方面提出了建立居家养残住宅适应性设计体系的策略，就其 体系内的各个元素展开分析与论证以提出建设性意见，其中包括住宅套型的组合、套型 空间的适应性、细部设计的要素、各个功能空间的设计要点：另一方面，居家养残住宅 及其适应性设计与建设开发的实施，必须要有相适应的环境支持，因而本文分析了与居 家养残住宅适应性相关的支撑要素，包括政策性支持、市场的支持、适应性结构体系的 适应性、住宅适应性理论的研究、设备设计的研究等。 论文根据无障碍设计的基本理论，结合建筑设计的知识，对无障碍住宅单一空间的 无障碍设计提出了设计指导意见，并完成各部分的参考设计。其中包括无障碍居住空间 的各部位的平面设计，室内设计、设备与家具设计等。 关键词：无障碍设计；居住空间；空问组合 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文Abstract 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 Abstract hl me social developmem。the various countries all take the disablcd trend community·S attention degree aS a national society civilization and the progressimportant symb01．In particular manifests，the residential building is most directly to the human concern and the service carrier．The barrier-free housing feeds specially the convenient housing which the disabled person USeS．The architectural design,should offer creation normal life for the disabled person， Eliminates all kind of barrier-free in the artificial environment．The barrier-flee housing contains each concern principle in design not only to the disabled person but also the senior citizen,has manifested truly’’humanist“thought． According to the analysis of the current situation of development and development trend and the analysis of the disabled physiological and psychological characteristic and inhabitancy characteristic，this paper holds that home-based care for the disabled is a more ideal mode of earing for the disabled at the present stage in our country and carries our country and carries out the analysis towards the advantages and disadvantages of inhabitancy form．On one hand，this paper puts forward the strategy of establishing of establishing the design system of home—based care for the disabled and housing adaptability,and
