PAGE 12 PAGE 13 摘 要 “三农”问题始终是关系我国经济和社会发展全局的重大问题，一直以来都是我国政府致力于解决的问题，而解决该问题的落脚点是完善我国农村金融业发展。在我国全面建设小康社会中，如何完善我国农村金融业发展，是关系到我国经济社会发展的重大课题。改革开放以来，我国农村经济改革取得很大成效，农民收入大幅度提高。但是同时可以看到的是，目前我国农村金融业发展收到抑制，使得金融体系整体功能被削弱，我国农村金融业难以满足农村经济发展需求，进而影响农民收入的增长。 我国是目前世界上最大的发展中国家。农村人口众多，农村经济占据国民经济的较大比重是一直以来我国的基本国情。而如今，能够有效运用金融方式来促进农村经济增长，已经成为了一个足以影响我国是否能够保持长期整体经济良好发展的关键问题。但是随着经济快速发展，我国面临的一个较严重的问题就是城乡之间在发展水平上呈现了明显的不平衡，这其中制约农村地区发展的一个重要方面是农村的资金问题，农村地区的金融机构趋向城市化，造成大量资金流失，金融部门对农村经济的支持力量被弱化。基于此，本文针对我国农村金融发展中存在的问题，提出了促进我国农村金融业发展的相关建议，从而推动农村地区的经济进步。 关键词：农村；金融；发展 Abstract Three rural issue has always been the major issues of the relationship between Chinas economic and social development, has always been our Governments commitment to solve the problem, and solve the problem of the end-result is to improve the rural financial sector development.
