Thedefining model of void criminal procedural act is implied in it. The theory offers the correct thinking model for defining,and which to systematize the affirming methods of void, to connect with aim and value of criminal procedure. Thestandards of void will be defined through the steps of identification，classification, filtration and balancing by dynamicadjustment of given procedural act and the benefit of whole procedure when necessary.
