In this paper，we first introduces the development of calculus and its basic definition. Then, we introduce the application of derivative in economic marginal analysis and elastic theory, and how to use the knowledge of the integral to solve function in economics and the calculation of consumer surplus. Finally, we introduces the application of calculus in geometry, including the use of derivative extremum problems, solve the problem of the tangent and the distance by using integral geometry, the area of curve length, geometry size of the problem, It is the addition of calculus and other disciplines has the theory more strict and perfect.
