For the low-carbon economy development model will become the main development method in the future, the nega- tive effect brought by the existing urbanization pattern of southwest border ethnic areas becomes more and more serious, as a result, the low-carbon development path of urbanization has become the inevitable choice of the southwest border ethnic areas.
