【摘要】 酒店客房管理信息系统不仅是对旅客的信息管理也是对酒店的房间的信息进行管理，开发内容包括后台数据库的建立和维护，以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。数据库的建立和维护要求建立的数据库信息要一致性和完整性，数据安全性要好，数据没有冗余。应用程序的开发则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用，使用的数据和表清晰，各个模块相互独立且相互关联。本系统，我根据酒店客房管理要求，利用Visual Basic程序设计语言和SQL Sever2000数据库系统，完成对酒店客房管理信息系统的设计。 该系统的主要功能是对酒店客房基本信息的查询、添加、修改和浏览，其保证信息的完整查找和更新，同时满足业务的需要。本系统采用用户名和密码系统登录方法来使各个用户在自己的操作范围内工作，保证信息的安全性，实现系统的安全性，以防非本企业的工作人员进入该数据库修改数据。利用可视化界面对订房、退房、调房以及客房基本设施进行系统全面的管理。酒店各种原始数据的输入、查询、预订客房以及删除客房信息等操作都方便、简单、快捷。 Abstract: the hotel guest room management information system is not only to the passenger information management is also the information of hotel room management, development include the establishment and maintenance of backstage supporters database, as well as the front-end application development two aspects.
