I. 动名词作主语 1. doing 泛指某种行为、活动或职业。 to do 指特定的某一次行为或活动。 Doing morning exercises is good for your health 2) Seeing is believing. 眼见为实 To see is to believe. （主语和表语一致的原则） 2. 形式主语的几个结构： It’s no use / good doing… it is useless doing sth it is a waste of time / money doing sth. 1)It‘s no use crying over spilt milk. 覆水难收 2)It is a waste of time waiting here. 【考例】 — What do you think made Mary so upset？ — __________ her new bicycle． A.
