But issues of blending of new and old criteria, and cannot understand and use new criterion correctly are still existing in practices. According to new criterion requirements and mineral exploration and mineral resources estimation practices in recent years, expounded issues have to be noticed in resource estimation based on new criterion such as: reserve estimation bound, mineable coal seams participating in reserve estimation, general industrial requirement issues need to be noticed in practice, controlling extent and block division.
