西南科技大学工程硕士专业学位论文 西南科技大学工程硕士专业学位论文 第1页 摘 要 因为近年来中国银行业的快速发展，很多城市商业银行已经基本完成了相关 业务信息系统及rr基础设施(网络、主机等)的建设工作，但是IT部门自身的信 息化建设却相对滞后，缺乏对故障处理过程进行全程控制的手段；条件分割，缺 乏统一的管理；科技部门人员常常处于“救火”状态，处于一种被动服务的状态； 应对突发事件的能力不足等，这些都是目前中国一些中小型银行普遍存在的问 题，所以，缺乏有效的管理是目前银行信息化建设的一个“瓶颈”。IT部门所管 理的设备及系统越来越多，对系统的稳定性和高可用性要求越来越高，所管理的 事务也越来越繁杂，IT部门的职能也从单纯的运行维护职能向服务职能倾斜，如 何高效管理相关设备和系统，如何提高有限的IT人员的工作能效，如何更好的为 其他部门提供rr服务，成为现代商业银行IT部门迫切需要解决的问题。鉴于此， 本项目将对国内外IT信息化进程作深入研究，然后立足于商业银行，以绵阳市商 业银行为例，设计一个适用于银行业的ITJ]艮务管理平台。 本设计基于J2EE架构进行设计，采用B／S架构和面向对象思想，以WFMC(工 作流管理联盟)标准进行开发和实现，选用]JBPM 4这样一个开源的工作流项目 对工作流进行开发，研发了商业银行ITJ]艮务管理平台，该系统主要实现了服务台、 运维管理、知识库、文档资料库、项目管理等功能模块，并针对主要设计思想撰 写论文。目前该系统经过第3方测试，达到用户方的要求。 关键词： I T服务JBPM4工作流 西南科技大学工程硕士专业学位论文 西南科技大学工程硕士专业学位论文 第1I页 Abstract Because of the rapid development of Chinas banking sector in recent years， many city commercial banks have basically completed the relevant business information systems and IT infrastructure(network，host，etc．)of the construction work，but the IT department’S own information technology is relatively slow，the lack of failure for the entire process control means；conditions split，the lack of unified management；science and technology department staff are often in”fire”state，in a state of passive services；lack of capacity to respond to emergencies，ere．，these are the some of China a common problem for small and medium banks，SO the lack of effective management of information technology is the bank a”bottleneck．”Managed by the IT department more and more equipment and systems，for、system stability and high availability have become increasingly demanding．the management of affairs has become increasingly complex，IT department functions from a simple operation and maintenance functions to the service functions of the tilt，how to efficiently manage related equipment and systems，how to improve the limited IT staff efficiency，and how better to provide IT services to other departments，a modern commercial bank’S IT department is an urgent need to solve the problem．In vie
