Ф5m离心式选粉机立轴结构设计 摘要 近10年来，水泥工业的蓬勃发展，带来了水泥工艺、装备的更新换代。水泥圈流生产在全国 8 000多家水泥厂中已经占有相当大的比重，保守估计已过5成。其中又有近半数厂家使用着离心式选粉机，由于离心式选粉机结构、工艺简单，不必使用风机及收尘系统，一次性投资较小，与开流系统相比，效益显著。 本课题主要是立轴的结构设计，特别是大小风叶和撒料盘的的结构设计。对于大小风叶主要改进了风叶座的尺寸和形状，是它更加符合人们的需求。对于撒料盘主要是将平盘型撒料盘改为径向带凸棱式撒料盘，又增加了撞击导料板。这种改进既保留了原有选粉机的设备较轻，结构简单，占用空间较小的优点，又改变了原选粉机效率低的缺点。 本次设计本着结合理论知识，尊重实践，即做到理论联系实际，去弊存优，增强功能而设计的新型产品。 关键词：立轴，撒料盘，新型，改进 Design the structural of vertical shaft on the Ф5m conversion of centrifugal separator ABSTRACT This title comes from the tabled.
