南茜．弗雷泽批判的正义理论研究ABSTRACT 南茜．弗雷泽批判的正义理论研究 ABSTRACT It was proposed in the report of 1 8‘“CPC National People’S Congress of the Communist Pany of China that social fairness and justice must be maintained．Fairness and justice is the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics，strive to build a fair social environment，to ensure people’S right to equal participation，equality and development． Guided by the marxism theory，combinng the actual conditions of comprehensively deepen reform in contemporary China，to learn from foreign marxist theory research，is to study the beneficial way to solve the problem of China’S social fairness and justice． The paper is dedicated to study on the critical theory of justice of Nancy Fraser，one of the most important theorists of Frankfurt Sch001．which iS a branch of western Marxism research．Depending on basic Marxist theories，and based on combination of induction and deduction，integration of analysis and synthesis，collaboration of abstract and concrete。and connection of logic and history，the paper analyses the background，origin and development of Nancy Fraser’S critical theory ofjustice，interprets such theory’S problem domain from the aspects of criticism on post-socialism’S justice，criticism on theories in connection to post-socialism’S justice，and major problems solved by the critical theory ofjustice，as well as summarizes Nancy Fraser’S critical theory of justice in terms of such theory’S construction and application．Above research indicates that Nancy Fraser’S critical theory of iustice，iS the combination of indigenous pragmatism of American and European critical philosophies，is influenced by analytical political philosophies and European critical theories，and academically carries the New School(New York)’S tradition which iS critical．diverse and influenced by European continent． As a theory which reveals and criticizes contradiction of contemporary capital society， transcends the limits of relative westem theories of
